::Not suitable to be called Hotel Very poor facilities, not recommended eben for beg packers. Elevators are not working. There are no facilities for 3 persons in a room. Couldn't sleep at all. The food was terrible. Really, don't recommend this place at all. Stay away!

::We came on a group tour(24 of us) to Israel and the hotel was a fantastic choice. The staff were very polite and were always willing to help and went an extra mile to satisfy our group. We also met about 7 other groups from different countries. Just that the lift was a bit slow but it wasn't anything difficult
