::Wish I could give them 0 stars! The clerk at the front desk was the RUDEST I have ever encounter around the world He ovbiously doesn’t like his job or dealing with customers Rude and unacomodating. Will NEVER EVER use Avis in Jerusalem again AND will discourage everybody to do so

::Good cars for good prices. I like that they don't charge for Shabbat besides for taxes and fees. The customer service is above par and therefore is my go-to place to rent a car in Jerusalem. One issue is that it's a very hard location to get to because of all the traffic out in front of the store.

::Efficient and polite service. Very similar to renting a car from Avis in Europe. The cars are located in a garage below the hotel, just walk around the corner and past the gas station. The Avis attendants in the garage issued the car promptly.

::Nice car rental place, slightly expensive but the service was good for Israel. I enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend this place to a friend. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There cars are nice and clean. Overall good experience and excellent quality. I will definitely be going back in the future.
