Dishonest. Charged me $350 cleaning fee because it had some white ash from Masada area. At first he said it stained the seats. I said it was hard for white powder to stain black seats. Then he changed it and said it had to be steam cleaned and the car would be taken out of service and have lost revenue while the seats dried. Later I saw some of the ash on our hotel sofa and it wiped right off.
Their only proof of the need for steam cleaning was they hit the seat with their fist and it didnโt come out. They had a shop vac sitting right there and didnโt try to show me it wouldnโt come out. And they walked strait to the car, opened the door and immediately hit the seat, like theyโd planned it all out. It was a dark garage and you couldnโt even see the ash.

If you want to hire a car and drive it around then this is a nice place as they have options for the kind of car you would be comfortable to drive and if booked online then it is more easier. The staff is helpful and quick. Do go through their policies and terms and conditions too.
ZERO STARS! worst service ever. Slow employees, had to wait for them to fill the car, (i had to drive the car to the nearest gas station and wait until they did it) No GPS available! not even WIFI at the Office to download the offline map. The employee at the garage was extremely rude, could not speak a word of english, and took the pen violently from my husbands and because he tried to write the damages (so many) that were on the car. The employee would not allow it. so crazy! they charged us extre 160 euro for insurance, notice that the car rental for a medium size car for 6 days was around 50 euro. RUN AWAY! DO NOT TAKE THIS SERVICE!
The worst rental car Iโve every gotten. Totally damaged from the outside. Extremely dirty from the inside. The staff didnโt clean the car at all. Somebody smoked in the car (there is a high fine if someone smokes on the car) all they did was spraying halve a bottle of air freshener inside the car before we left. The bad smell came on the second day YUCK!! Also the cleaning team were too busy with playing games on their phones than getting the car ready and cleaning the car. Also gum all over the inside of the car. A disgrace for budget rental car. Never again :(
