  The driver had the nerve to charge me 150 nis for a five minute drive only because I had big, super light boxes with me and needed a big car. Gett taxi charges 40nis for such a drive. When I called the company to complain, they simply hung up on me. Absolutely horrible, ,I hope you never need anything from them. I recommend to stay as far away from them as possible.

  Disgusting and rude drivers. we told him the address of our destination and he said he knew where it was without Waze. He ended up bringing us to the wrong destination and had reroute to the right destination,this time using Waze. He started yelling at us for wasting his time as if this whole thing was our fault and that he could have made more money during the extra time it took him to get there. His excuse was that at the initial destination, we could have walked through a path that would lead us there, although he had no clue whether that was true. Even if that was true, we had no idea where that path was and how long it would take us to get there, and neither did he.
